PeopleCube Announces New Version of Meeting Maker
WALTHAM, MA, December 18, 2007 – PeopleCube, the leader in on-demand workplace and resource management solutions, today announced it has released the latest version of Meeting Maker, the popular cross-platform collaborative calendaring and scheduling solution. This new release includes new functionality that makes it easier for meeting planners and invitees to reschedule pre-existing meetings, and for administrators to restore user accounts. This new version of Meeting Maker also features support for Microsoft Vista and Solaris 10.
The new Meeting Maker rescheduling functionality included in this new release, requested by many Meeting Maker customers, is designed to improve the end user experience by eliminating the need to reaccept a meeting invitation if a minor change is made to the meeting. Using this new functionality, meeting planners are able to make a minor change to the meeting without interrupting meeting attendees.
The server side user restoration feature, also requested by many Meeting Maker users, makes it easier for Meeting Maker administrators to restore a deleted user’s account. Rather than relying on backup client data to restore the user (assuming a backup was made), administrators are able to use the new restoration feature to quickly and easily restore the user data - including recurring meetings - directly from the Meeting Maker server. Further, the administrator can use this new functionality to restore the to-dos, address book contacts and calendar data simultaneously.
This new version of Meeting Maker, currently available to all existing customers and prospects, also supports the Microsoft Vista and Solaris 10 operating systems. For more information, including pricing visit www.peoplecube.com or contact sales@peoplecube.com.
