Details: The rise of the mobile worker has led to a strong movement towards alternative workspace strategies: according to a recent international survey conducted jointly by CoreNet Global and Microsoft, 76 percent of respondents indicate they employ some form of a “flexible work” program. These programs help to attract and retain top talent, support work-life balance, enhance collaboration, increase productivity, reduce costs, and even extend the agility of the office space.

While Corporate Real Estate, IT, and even Finance are involved, ultimately Human Resources is held accountable for the roll out and ongoing management of flexible work environments.

In the webcast, Diane Stegmeier of Stegmeier Consulting Group and Jeff Roof of PeopleCube will explore strategies companies are employing to strengthen the business case for flexible work environments, as well as successful techniques to implement, manage, and measure the performance of these programs. Specifically, they will cover such topics as:

  • Why a mobile workforce? The benefits of a flexible work strategy
  • Strengthening the business case for an alternative workspace environment
  • Addressing the cultural change of the mobile worker
  • Ensuring success through advance planning
  • Maintaining productivity on-site
  • Managing and measuring program performance

The value of the webcast is such that it has been approved for 1.0 general credits through HRCI.
