PeopleCube Announces New Release of Meeting Maker

This new release includes new functionality for the Meeting Maker Web Client that makes it easier for users to schedule meetings, accept meeting invitation, and change meeting times from directly within the web-based calendar client. In addition, this new version includes an enhancement to the NotifyLink for Meeting Maker solution that makes it easier for users to synchronize their passwords between Meeting Maker and their BlackBerry or other mobile device.

The new Web (HTML) client for Meeting Maker featured in this new release utilizes the latest technology to make it easier for users to manage their calendars remotely. Specifically, users are able to utilize the enhanced Web client to access such features as: point and drag functionality to create meetings and banners; “drag and drop” of meetings to new times and/or dates; “pencil in” feature so users see the proposal on their calendar and can accept or decline it; side by side proxies plus much more.

In addition, this new release of Meeting Maker includes an enhancement to NotifyLink for Meeting Maker, an innovative solution that enables users to access their Meeting Maker calendar from their Blackberry, Treo or other mobile device. By using this enhanced version of NotifyLink for Meeting Maker, administrators can assure that Meeting Maker passwords are always in sync with NotifyLink without any action from individual users regardless of how often passwords are changed.
