What is an Alternative Workspace Strategy?

An Alternative Workspace Strategy is implemented in hopes of reducing office space, desks, or workspace an organization has in it's offices. In order to do this many organizations create an Alternative Workspace Strategy that includes hotelling, hotdesking, telecommuting, and the use of real estate business intelligence data.
