What is Office Hoteling?
Office Hoteling is similar to hot desking in that employees don't have their own offices or cubicles and they utilize shared workspace. The difference between the two is that in a office hoteling situation employees are more likely to schedule a desk, room, or cubicle.
Employees who participate in Office Hoteling programs typically work from home and only commute into the office when they are collaborating with other employees.
