Strategic move further advances Meeting Maker, Inc. as the leading time and resource management solutions provider among small, medium and large-scale enterprises

WALTHAM, MA, September 7, 2004 -- Meeting Maker, Inc., a leader in collaborative time and resource management software solutions, today announced the acquisition of CEO Software, Inc., a provider of specialized resource and event management solutions for small and medium businesses. This move strengthens Meeting Maker's leadership position as a provider of collaborative time and resource management solutions for organizations of all sizes.

Founded in 1985, CEO Software was the industry's first company specializing in resource and event management solutions.
