The Admin. Essentially, it allows these third-party applications to access most of the functionality of the administrative application. The Admin. CLI provides command line access to administrative functions through scripts and the command prompt instead of using the Admin. GUI. The administrator is then able to administer the server from the language prompt or through a scripting language.
