Meeting Maker Connector for Outlook (MMCO) is the ideal Outlook scheduler software for those organizations struggling with the lack of a calendaring standard across multiple departments.

MMCO scheduler software offers a way for Meeting Maker and Outlook users within an organization to collaborate by enabling them to schedule meetings in Outlook or Meeting Maker, whichever is preferred. The Meeting Maker Connector for Microsoft Outlook (MMCO) server is a web-based application that enables communication between Meeting Maker and Microsoft Outlook. MMCO enables Meeting Maker and Microsoft Outlook users to schedule events and reserve resources in an integrated environment.

The architecture of MMCO utilizes an out-of -process synchronization engine that communicates via Meeting Maker Web services to synchronize local Outlook data with the master Meeting Maker schedule.
