Hardware Requirements (minimum)

• Four gigabytes of memory
• Intel Pentium IV Processor
• One Gigabyte of hard-drive space

Database Requirements

• Microsoft SQL 2000 Server
• Microsoft SQL 2005 Server

User Requirements

• User Account should have local admin rights to the server or workstation where the
  software will be installed.
• Need local admin rights to SQL Server. Both of the below SQL authentications are
  allowed.
• Windows Authentication (recommended)
• SQL Authentication

Networking Requirements

• A static IP Address is required for the “Application Server/ Workstation”
• A static IP Address is required for each PeopleCounter sensor
• Internet Access on the server is recommended
• Verify UDP port 6700 (bi-directional) must be open for server communication with the
  PeopleCounter sensor devices (site network or intranet) and port 80 (TCP) open on the
  firewall for PeopleCube engineering access.
• VPN client connectivity is required for installation, calibration and monitoring of the
  system. The following VPN configurations and terminal server applications to access
  clients network are supported:
• Cisco VPN Client (web & profile)
• Site to Site VPN
• RDP via public IP Addressing
• Sonic Wall VPN Client
• Citrix Remote Access
