Meeting Maker Connector for Outlook (MMCO) is the ideal scheduler software for those organizations struggling with the lack of a calendaring standard across multiple departments.

MMCO scheduler software offers a way for Meeting Maker and Outlook users within an organization to collaborate by enabling them to schedule meetings in Outlook or Meeting Maker, whichever is preferred. In other words, its a true Exchange alternative. It provides an outlook client that combines custom forms with a COM add-in for Outlook 2000 and above that enables Meeting Maker users to utilize standard Outlook features such as appointment creation, modification or deletion within the Meeting Maker environment. Conversely, MMCO also provides Outlook users with the tools to schedule meetings using Meeting Maker's user/resource/location lists and view the availability of Meeting Maker users.

Additional features of MMCO include:

No change to desktop experience - for people accustomed to the Outlook interface, they can continue to use the familiar Outlook client while gaining the ability to collaborate with other Meeting Maker users within the organization.

System Requirements

The Meeting Maker® Connector for Microsoft® Outlook® (MMCO) server is a web-based application that enables communication between Meeting Maker and Microsoft Outlook. MMCO enables Meeting Maker and Microsoft Outlook users to schedule events and reserve resources in an integrated environment.

The architecture of MMCO utilizes an out-of -process synchronization engine that communicates via Meeting Maker Web services to synchronize local Outlook data with the master Meeting Maker schedule

In order to install and configure the MMCO server in your environment, you need the following software:
