Reserving Workspace Using Floor Plans and Kiosks

Making it easier for your employees to find and reserve shared workspace is the single most important element of any successful alternative workspace program.  The easier it is for them to find the space they’re looking for, the more likely they will adopt the flex work program and follow the policies and procedures you have put in place.

Floor Plan Availability

We’ve created a unique floor plan web interface that allows your mobile staff to easily search for and book shared workspace - based on time, type of space, or even proximity to co-workers - in  advance of their arrival.  Then, once they’ve found the space that suits their needs, they can book the space in just two clicks.  It’s that easy.

Kiosk Integration

And for those who don’t reserve their space in advance, these same floor plans can integrate with any reservation kiosk, allowing users to book their shared workspace when they arrive on-site.  Whether they log in using their system username and password or simply swipe their security badge with the card reader, the user is quickly introduced with a user-friendly interface that shows them the space(s) they have already reserved or help  find the space they need quickly and easily.  

And for those who have made their space reservations in advance, they can use the same kiosk to check-in and check-out of that space.  If this check-in and check-out feature is utilized, you can leverage this information to help identify employee usage patterns and automatically release space when employees fail to show up.
