Scheduling Rooms and Displaying Schedules Using Digital Signage

Many companies are turning to one and two-way room display devices such as the Steelcase RoomWizard to automatically display and manage room schedules.  Typically located outside of a meeting or training room, these devices can also display the schedule of that room for by hour or by day. 

Lobby displays are also a great way to introduce important room scheduling information to people entering your facility with attractive digital signage.   

By integrating PeopleCube’s room and resource scheduling software with  digital signage or these display devices, users are now able to provide room schedule information in the lobby and book rooms either in advance or in person outside of each specific room.   If someone reserves a room in advance, the reservation details can be displayed in the lobby as well as on the digital signage device located by that room.  Further, should a room be available, you can simply go up to the display unit and book the room on the spot.  Either way, it’s a new level of room management efficiency that can be achieved quickly and easily.
