During the execute phase the customer team and PeopleCube Implementation Consultant will construct a business model to support the scheduling requirements. The objective of this strategy is to ensure the customer has a series of business processes to support business demand, meet business objectives, and encourage high rates of adoption. Resource scheduling strategy/configuration workshop: During these working sessions the team will review current resource scheduling business processes. The purpose of these meetings is to ensure all aspects of scheduling have been addressed through articulated business processes. The PeopleCube Consultant will analyze business processes, share proven best practices, discuss PeopleCube product functionality, and provide recommendations. The outcome of these working sessions will be written business processes that the customer will employ with PeopleCube's assistance for a successful deployment.

The purposes of the strategy will be to promote and raise the awareness of the scheduling capabilities, communicate clear and easy-to-follow instructions to stimulate a high rate of adoption, and provide simple product training to ensure participants are well prepared to benefit from the components of the software. Specific user readiness components may include training, general instructions, and quick reference material. A key element in the successful deployment of a new software system is good communication with the end users to ensure they are aware of the change, reasons why the corporation made the selection, business benefits of the software and access to information and training. The PeopleCube Implementation Consultant will work with your project team to design an internal marketing and communication strategy that suits your corporate culture. It may consist of email blasts, placement on an intranet site, internal "lunch and learn" sessions, kiosks, etc.
