The PeopleCube Implementation Consultant is then responsible for executing the project plan to include business process design and re-engineering, change communication, and reporting and metrics. Our Implementation Consultants have an excellent track record of implementing project management and change management strategy and processes around large systems deployments.
PeopleCube Technical Consultants: PeopleCube Technical Consultants work with customers and business partners in the planning and execution of software implementations. Their technical skills relate to infrastructure, security, redundancy, etc. to directly contribute to customer satisfaction and each company's technical implementation of PeopleCube solutions.
PeopleCube Training Consultants: PeopleCube Training Consultants provide PeopleCube product training. PeopleCube Training Consultants have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering content in the physical classroom and a minimum of 2 years of experience with online learning.
