PeopleCube On-site Training

On-site training provides optimal instruction for up to 10 users. Sessions are conducted for a minimum of one day, depending on the size of your organization and the number of products purchased. These sessions are very effective in training your employees quickly and efficiently and can be adapted to the specific needs of your organization. Our professional trainers will consult with your staff to determine and implement customization needs and streamline coordination between all relevant departments.

We can train your primary schedulers one-on-one in their departments or utilize a computer lab setup for group instruction. If a computer lab is not available for group hands-on training, you can arrange for an LCD projector and screen in an appropriate sized meeting room for a lecture/demonstration. It should be noted that a computer lab setup is highly recommended for optimum training and retention. Keep in mind that the schedulers will require a much higher level of instruction than the browsers who will only need read-only access.

Additional assistance in creating your databases and menus to best suit your organization's needs is included as time allows.

Training prerequisite: Basic computer literacy.

Cost: $1,500/day (1-day minimum for up to 10 people) plus travel expenses.
