Active Directory Synchronization

Workspace Manager will synchronize with multiple Active Directories, therefore eliminating the need to maintain user accounts within the application. This provides domain authenticated users with a single sign-on experience.

Business Rules

Unique business rules can be configured to enforce your specific booking restrictions. These rules can be varied by building, resource type, user group or individual user. This is particularly useful for enforcing advanced booking rules, or the number of resources a user may be able to book.

Email Templates

HTML or Plain Text email notifications can be configured to trigger on any event or on a timed basis. This is particularly useful for reminder emails that can be sent out in advance of a booking and provide an option to easily cancel the booking if no longer required.

Security Groups

Restrictions can be placed on what functionality a user has access to, along with what they are allowed to book both by resource type and location.

Floor Plan Editor

Most clients have existing floor plans that can be easily imported into Workspace Manager, but if you haven't, the system includes a simple floor plan editing tool.

Custom Attributes

Custom fields can be created as required to hold additional data. This is often used to allow users to search for equipment installed in a meeting room, or to provide cost center data against a service order.

Localization Settings

Workspace Manager allows all systems settings such as business hours, booking intervals, time zones and currency to be applied at database or location level.

Language Packs

Workspace Manager can be easily translated into any language, or in-house terminology. Users can specify their preferred language within their user profile, making this a truly global solution.
